CMT shows potential for pain relief
We investigated how choline magnesium trisalicylate (CMT) helps alleviate bone pain in patients with metastatic cancer. In a carefully designed study involving 26 participants, we compared CMT against a placebo in a crossover format, measuring pain relief at multiple intervals after dosing.

While we observed a significant reduction in pain just one hour post-treatment with CMT, other comparisons showed improvements that didn't reach statistical significance. This suggested that CMT might assist in managing bone pain, potentially complementing traditional opioids, but overall effectiveness is still under exploration.

Pamidronate therapy reduces bone pain
We evaluated the effects of pamidronate therapy on children with osteogenesis imperfecta type III. Over the course of treatment, we saw reductions in bone pain, alongside a significant decrease in fracture incidence.

The therapy positively impacted children's daily activities and their overall mobility. Importantly, the treatment was found to be safe, although some patients experienced mild side effects like low calcium levels and a fever. Overall, our findings suggest that bisphosphonate therapy is beneficial for management in these young patients.

Promising drug delivery for osteoporosis
We developed a novel drug delivery system combining denosumab and magnesium within metal-organic frameworks to target osteoarthritis. The framework showed good potential for loaded drug release, delivering about 72% of denosumab in just 8 hours.

Additionally, it released magnesium ions, which are beneficial for bone formation. Our cytotoxicity tests demonstrated that the system is biocompatible and encourages cell growth over time. While our findings are promising for pain relief linked to osteoporosis, further studies are needed to confirm effectiveness in real-world scenarios.

I gave this to my father, who was suffering from knee and joint pain overall. He noticed a difference from the first week, especially combined with other supplements like boron, trace minerals, magnesium oil, and collagen. This combination significantly reduces joint pain, muscle pain, and enhances sleep and general health.

Pain reduction

I ordered it for the second time, previously purchasing a 100 pill package. I noticed that my period pain has subsided, possibly due to the magnesium, and it has improved my sleep greatly, allowing me to sleep deeply. It also alleviates constipation and relaxes my muscles considerably. I recommend taking it regularly, ideally before bedtime. The pill size is good.

Bone health support

Magnesium serves multiple purposes. It promotes bone health, heart health, fights inflammation, and helps with stress relief. It relaxes muscles, easing tension in the shoulders and neck. This magnesium includes both quick release and extended release forms to optimise absorption. I take one capsule with meals.

Digestive aid

After experiencing constipation from a high-calcium supplement, I used magnesium for relief, which also softens my stool. It's helpful for post-workout muscle pain and sleep. However, results can vary; my husband sometimes experiences diarrhoea when taking it.

Effective relief

I specifically bought this magnesium with prolonged release for sudden pain instead of NSAIDs. My husband was undergoing dental prosthetics, which caused discomfort. I started giving him this magnesium – one pill for mild pain, two for stronger pain. Although the relief isn't immediate, it gradually subsides, making it better than traditional painkillers. This product is harmless with pure magnesium, and my family's sleep has improved, waking up refreshed. It's become essential for us, with 60 tablets in a jar for a reasonable price.
